ITOPS Team / Citizen called in to the ITops phone to request help with a corporate registry search / October 19th 2023 / BCROS / INC0281382#3221

Just now I got a phone call from a Citizen asking for help with a corporate search as she thought that there were not enough results as what it should be for her search.

I asked her where she got our number and she said it was at the bottom of the Bcregistries website, I gave her the correct number and ended the call.

I tried to recreate the issue and also do a corporate search but I did not find ITops number which is 250-952-0568, so i'm not sure if she did not fully give me the right info or if she was actually in a different section of the site. I did confirm that she went to bcregistry.gov.bc.ca to do the search.

This was supposed to be address in the ticket 15543 but maybe something got missed.
