Needs to be done, because the nameRequest endpoint was recently removed in LEAR.

This is needed, because LEAR has removed a route we use for affiliation from Namerequest to start a business.
If we leave this ticket for now and forget it and the updated LEAR makes it to prod, it will bust components of AUTH-API.

While working on this ticket, I found some other changes that busted auto affiliation
I had to fix these as well along the way
