As part of the "Stop collecting completing party" epic, a new revision to the various design pattern for filings will need to be defined.

Design Team Input from Nov 16, 2023
MHR displays and auto-captures the Completing Party on Review and Confirm step. When staff is logged in, the fields can be filled in. Entities filings will follow suit and use this pattern.
