UI Design - Remove Unregistered Business Proprietor Selection - SP/GP Registration

Description of Development Work:

On the Add a Business or Corporation component for both Proprietorships and Partnership, in the client view (not staff) do the following:

• Hide the link to "Business or Corporation Not Registered in B.C.
• Change the text as detailed in the design
• Change the help text
• Add the help text to the proprietor component

OCM Considerations:

• If the client considers they should be able to search for a business outside of BC, they can save a draft of the registration and call BC Registries for help.
• Staff view will be different than client view.
