Identify the approach and create tickets as necessary to complete this work.

Determine if is feasible to merge or cherrypick code from main into legal name branch.

Potentially this won't be possible. We may need to manually migrate most of the new changes in main.

Exclude amalgamations work in main for now.

As per conversation with Vysakh, the pending working from Vysakh's working will be addressed as follows:

• digital credentials related work will be done by DITP. There may be some tweaks entities will do just to get things working in legal name branch for now
• resolving issues with dependencies so we can use the common model modules will be resolved in BE - update all components to use common models module #19417
• schema syncing will be done in BE - sync schema with main #19416
• model syncing will be done in BE - Model Syncing #19315
