  • Percentage of MHR transactions completed by BC Registries Staff and Service BC Staff
How many Inhouse staff (bc Reg) vs Service BC staff (external)
    Pie chart
  • Count of new MHR Registrations
  • Count of new MHR Qualified Suppliers
  • Percentage of transactions completed by Qualified Suppliers, BC Registry Staff and Service BC
Note: The intent is to see if our changes are driving more use in the system by end users or service locations than we previously saw. I anticipate this to be a stat that slowly changes. When considering transactions this should exclude search. MHR transactions that could be completed by staff or other clients include: Request Transport Permit, Residential Exemption, Transfer due to Sale or Gift, Transfer to Surviving Joint Tenant(s), Initial Registration of a Manufactured Home.

Note: MHR Search was included within the 17848 ticket for PPR in the following two points:

  • Count of PPR Searches, MHR Searches, and Combined Searches

  • Revenue from PPR Searches, MHR Searches, and Combined Searches
Need to find how much people are paying per searches ( total count )

@gprimeau I've added some statistics that I think would be of value, but have not had time to review and request feedback from the team. Do you have an anticipated start date for this work / for needing this information?

@mstanton1 there is no strict start time. As SBC finance will be a priority once we get the go ahead to create the dashboard. We can use what you have done, and make / adjustments as needed

email received from Doug regarding MHR stats:

"For MHR, until we migrate activity on actual charges applied is a hybrid of modern and legacy. For legacy, maybe follow up with Melissa or Avocette?
For modernized registrations, the payment invoice id is stored in the
mhr_registrations and search_requests tables.
For searches,
the search_requests.search_type distinguishes MHR from PPR searches.

@gprimeau perhaps it makes sense to put this one later on in your board given the complexity of pulling stats from two places, and the reality that in the near future the legacy system will no longer be available for MHR? It seems like doing this now means you'll end up doing the same work twice.

@mstanton1 that is what I was thinking as well. So going to put this page on hold for now.
