  • No code updates req'd.
  • Update 1pwd config for following services to use external COLIN API URL in Dev/Test. Note: this will require talking to someone on entities team that has access to 1pwd. Reference Add routes to expose COLIN API externally #17819 for the external COLIN API url values.
    • update-colin-filings job
    • update-legal-filings job
    • filer
    • entity-bn (can be only tested in Test)
  • Update entity-bn to use new config(COLIN_API_URL & COLIN_API_VERSION)
  • Re-deploy all updated services in Dev/Test (work with SRE to get services redeployed via OpenShift once config updates have been made in 1pwd)
  • Verify updated services are calling external COLIN API URL and working properly in Dev/Test
  • Once things verified to be working get Prod config in 1pwd updated
  • Add notes to relevant release ticket with instructions for redeployment of services with config updates
