Describe the task
ALCS is transferring over to the Sustainment team.

Acceptance Criteria

Add Sustainment team devs to ALCS Repos
Demo of ALCS application from user perspective (how users use it)
Demo on how to run the pipeline, code commented out, the use of tech stack, design decisions, How to deploy, run the tests (technical demo)
At least 3 devs have followed the README file for ALCS to set it up locally
backlog is in shared Sustainment team GitHub Projects
Review of any "in progress" work tickets (can be reviewed by PO)
