Thumbnail on show doesnt get updated #1100

Repro:

find existing show
Update the default thumbnail for show
Search for the show on search bar
-> Show shows the old thumbnail instead of the new one

Thumbnail doesnt get updated after multiple days

e.g.
Sister conference show
https://admin.brunstad.tv/admin/content/shows/102
https://app.bcc.media/search?q=s%C3%B8str

This is probably because of cache. @KillerX correct?

The thumbnail stayed the same after multiple days
