More user-friendly errors when tango symbols are not found

Paired benchmarking requires non usual setup of project build (build.rs). It's easy to forget steps necessary for correct project setup. It leads to the issues like #37.

It would be nice if tango reports clearly that user need to check if projects has correct build.rs when tango_* symbols are not found in executable.
