Turns out I broke subpar on buildkite when I rewrote the tests to pass under an incompatible change flag. The tests pass when executed by the run_tests.sh script, which is what travis is configured to call. But they fail when called directly.

I'll see what I can do this week to resolve.

Should be fixed by google/subpar#106.
