With this little function and example, you can check the Turkish Identification Number from Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Interior Database in PHP by using SoapClient. (It's working like that, is the Turkish Identification Number true or false?). Note: To use this function, you have to send name, surname, birth year and Turkish Identification Number of the person.
