Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, some classes in Beutl.Api.csproj are better suited for Beutl.Extensibility.csproj due to their purpose and functionality.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move the following classes from Beutl.Api.csproj to Beutl.Extensibility.csproj:

  • Namespace Beutl.Extensibility.Loader: Classes responsible for resolving assembly dependencies.
  • Namespace Beutl.Extensibility.Composition: Classes related to ExtensionProvider.
