otel errors

Hello @mxiamxia and aws team : I see following errors in the log file. How to resolve this?

I think I saw this error before. Can you try using http://localhost:{otel port} if you are using otel as the collector.

This issue is stale because it has been open 60 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 30 days.
