Suppress Certain arr Health Warnings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to be able to suppress certain arr Health Warnings as a configurable option (i.e. RemovedSeriesCheck and RemovedMovieCheck)

Describe the solution you'd like
Configurable set of health warnings that can be suppressed from dashbrr or potentially still shown but not put the service in a Warning state.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Clearing the warnings in the arr but they are series/movies that may be on disk and I would like to keep organized even if they are no longer in the requisite db.
