On development, the attachment in the email is not placed on the body, but the original body is used.

Perhaps related to prior ticket: #149

Test cases
Instance: development and acceptance
Tenant: Regression Tests
Flow: InboundEmailBodyAndAttachments and InboundEmailAttachment
