ARFS updated 2016.08.25

1.) Changed the window for setting ARFS parameters to a guided user-
	interface (GUI) for less ambiguous parameter adjusting. Should
	have same utitlity as before.
2.) Changed waitbar to display current video / total number of videos
	as a fraction rather than a percentage.
3.) Fixed a bug in the new GUI which led to the error:
	Undefined function 'my_first_radio_button_pair' for input
	arguments of type
'matlab.ui.control.UIControl'.
	

Error in@(hObject,eventdata)my_first_radio_button_pair
	('mfpcValue_CreateFcn',hObject,eventdata,guidata(hObject))

	problem resulted from a file name change without updating
	all callbacks to this new file name.
4.) Fixed a bug that threw an error if multiple desinusoid files were
	used without their associated videos.

2.) Elimination of need to manually process any videos
3.) Elimination of need to drag .dmb's into registration software at
	end
4.) Feedback system to automatically determine success of registration
