Killed when running Predict_RF.R

I executed varCA for BAM file from scATAC-seq , and geted "Killed" at prediction step.

Ran predict_RF in shell.

When I executed your examples, there was no error.
When I executed my data in Rstudio, there was no error.

What problem?
