Not enough USB port clearance

When using lower profile headers / non machine pin sockets the MCU sits too low to the PCB to allow most usb connectors to 'fit' ; there isn't enough vertical clearance.

Design needs to be rev'd so there is better usb clearance and/or re-worked around the 'front' of the mcu where the usb port is to facilitate more cable types and designs.
