Authentication error: code 406 (UPDATE_APP_TO_LOGIN)

Hi guys:

I am contacting you as I'm using tdlib 0.8.1 in Pidgin 2.14.13 on Windows 10. I had to delete my Telegram account and when adding it back, I'm getting the following error: Authentication error: code 406 (UPDATE_APP_TO_LOGIN)

I have some logs by running Pidgin's debug, please let me know if you need me to post that.
