Running puppet-enterprise 3.2.4 with stdlib 3.2.0 and I am receiving the following error:
Unknown function validate_cmd at /etc/puppetlabs/puppet/modules/sudo/manifests/sudoers.pp:98

Thanks for catching that. Validate_cmd was introduced in stdlib 4.2. Dependency is now for stdlib >= 3.2.
