MUCO does not have a single address

Describe the problem you discovered

Until the issue archethic-foundation/archethic-node#1262 is not done, each mint_reward transaction create a new MUCO token with a different address.
So there is not only one MUCO address that need to be counted in the Reward pool account

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the code to get the amount of all possible MUCO in the pool

ok so this only works for now because there is not enough fees burnt every day and all the MUCO minted are immediately sent in the node_reward
