Is your feature request related to a problem?

Right now, to join the network, you need to have a specific list of peers to contact in order to join the network.
This requires a custom configuration, which should not be in order to open the network.

Describe the solution you'd like

I propose to use a DNS lookup to fetch the bootstrapping seeds when a node joins the network. This way the network opened to everyone would be easier to extend as it will not require a custom / configuration based to fetch the initial nodes to connect at the first place.
We could still use some hardcoded endpoints for backup of the DNS provided seeds list.
