Update /help/network.html with Netgear print server info

In the /help/network.html documentation, a chapter entitled "Common Network Printer URIs" describes quickly the common URIs to reach printer queues on various embedded printer servers. This is very useful and can save hours of painful trials (especially when the vendor documentation is missing, misleading or both).

I would like to add one for the Netgear brand, especially fitting for the WGPS606 which is quite popular:

• Model: Netgear WGPS606
• URI: lpd://address/L1 (or L2)
