LSB search paths for PPDs in cups-driverd broken

In the "list_ppds()" function the PPD search paths are wrong. They mustr be .../ppd and not ../ppds. Patch attached.

Changed the priority to something more suitable. We won't hold a release for a minor LSB support issue with an obvious workaround (which you already use...)

But note that cups-driverd.c is now self-contradicting: In all the other functions it uses .../ppd and in the mentioned function it uses .../ppds. The patch makes it using .../ppd all the way. I have tested the patch and it works perfectly with it. The fix is simply applying the patch.

I wasn't saying we wouldn't fix an obvious typo like this, just that we don't consider such a typo (which affects nobody at the present time) to be a priority 4 bug (which would require another release candidate and 2-week test period...)

Fixed in CUPS trunk now...
