When checking for the texttops filter option "wrap" in the documentation, I found it was not described.

Upon further checking, I found there are some more quite common job options which are not mentioned in the options.html file (second column is what are the likely filters which would apply the option to the job file):

blackplot # hpgltops
brightness # pstops, imagetops, imagetoraster
gamma # pstops, imagetops, imagetoraster
hue # imagetops, imagetoraster
job-hold-until # general spooling
job-priority # general spooling
mirror # pstops, imagetops, imagetoraster
natural-scaling # imagetops, imagetoraster
OutputOrder # pstops
penwidth # hpgltops
position # imagetops, imagetoraster
ppi # imagetops, imagetoraster
profile # imagetoraster
saturation # imagetops, imagetoraster
wrap # texttops

Here the somewhat more uncommon job options which are supported, but undocumented:

cupsBorderlessScalingFactor # image filters?
debug # pdftops
document-format # cups-lpd, general IPP ?
Duplex # pdftops ?
EFDuplex # pdftops ?
emit-jcl # imagetops, pstops
JCLDuplex # pdftops ?
KD03Duplex # pdftops ?
multiple-document-handling # image filters?, pstops?

To make the list complete, here are the job options which are already documented in options.html:

Collate # pstops, imagetops, imagetoraster
columns # texttops
cpi # texttops
fitplot # pstops, hpgltops
landscape # common to: texttops, hpgltops, pstops, pdftops, imagetops, imagetoraster ?
lpi # texttops
number-up # pstops
number-up-layout # pstops
orientation-requested # general IPP? ; common to: texttops, hpgltops, pstops, pdftops, imagetops, imagetoraster ?
page-border # pstops (for same as for number-up-layout)
page-bottom # common to: texttops, hpgltops, pstops, pdftops, imagetops, imagetoraster ?
page-left # common to: texttops, hpgltops, pstops, pdftops, imagetops, imagetoraster ?
page-right # common to: texttops, hpgltops, pstops, pdftops, imagetops, imagetoraster ?
page-top # common to: texttops, hpgltops, pstops, pdftops, imagetops, imagetoraster ?
prettyprint # common to: texttops, hpgltops, pstops, pdftops, imagetops, imagetoraster ?
scaling # imagetoraster, imagetops
sides # general IPP

Let me know if you are interested in a patch that adds some documentation about those options. This may take some time though...

(reset to RFE against 1.3...)

We've purposely kept the list of options shorter on this help page, mainly so that the list is not overwhelming. Also, many of the standard CUPS options are not implemented by the Apple filters, so we want to be careful about documenting that as well...

I think we'll add a second option reference page and then update the current one with selected options and point to the second one for the complete list.

OK, this fell through the cracks, re-associated with 1.3 now...

Fixed in Subversion repository.

Note that I purposely am not including documentation on printer-specific options (all the Duplex variants - use sides instead) and things like document-format and multiple-document-handling which are rarely used by ordinary users.
