Add the job-global-id (name) attribute code so we can track jobs throughout a network.

Fixed in Subversion repository.

Implemented as an RFC 4122 UUID:

job-uuid (uri)

The format is:

urn:uuid:xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
