apollo spring的@Value注解自动刷新机制,与jasypt 2.0 spring boot starter冲突,导致不能spring不能获取到最新的值。 #3242

  2. jasypt-spring-boot-starter 版本 2.1.0
  3. 必现@value获取不到最新的apollo value
