TESSDATA的路径使用的home下的tessdata目录，而不是环境变量，tesseract命令运行没问题但跑不了这个代码，环境变量怎么改都没反应，这样会很让人疑惑

另外，我在windows上使用，即使在我的用户目录下放了一个tessdata文件夹也出现了找不到tessdata的问题
