"default value" in Native Filter isn't applied and visible after save
How to reproduce the bug
Repro steps
1, Expand native filter sidebar
2, Click pencil edit icon and create a new filter
3, Check mark "filter has default value"
4, Fill out all require field
5, Select a default value and save
6, Observe filter value field and see error
Expected results
Default value filter must be apply immediately and default values must be visible in input field
Actual results
Default filter value is not applied and is not visible on input

I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included it here as text if there are any.
I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset.
I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't found one similar.
