[explore]using unsupported datetime column format to create chart crashes the page

uploaded a csv file with date columns in the format of MM-DD-YYYY, which is an invalid format, to PostgreSQL db, after clicking run query, explore page crashed.
created a calculated column attempting to convert it to a valid format, page crashed still.
this is one of the 3 bugs found in the flow.
