…in tests to fix flakiness ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR is kind of a follow up of SPARK-31631. In some cases, it only attempts once for ~35 seconds. Seems 10 seconds are not enough to try multiple times - took a quick look and seems difficult to manipulate the socket configuration as well. It simply proposes to increase the time limit for now.
