https://solanamobile.com/wallets is designed to show whenever you fail to find a wallet to connect to (ie. by inference: there are no mobile wallets installed). Right now it also gets navigated to if a wallet is found but fails to open its WebSocket server.

Proposed fix

If after attempting a connection you detect the browser backgrounds, presume that a wallet was found and do not navigate to the wallet ecosystem page.
