5.0.0 preparation plan

Once 4.8.0 has been released:

• Create a PR which bumps the version of main to 5.0.0 and removes all deprecations. ([5.0.0] Bump version to 5.0.0, remove deprecated features #4516)
• Deprecate norc of gem module. ([5.0.0] gem - deprecate norc default #4517)
• Look for Ansible 2.9 / ansible-base 2.10 specific code, create PR to remove it ([5.0.0] Remove Ansible 2.9 / ansible-base 2.10 compatibility code #4548).
• Create PR which remove symlinks, and update documentation on how to add new modules ([5.0.0] Replace symlinks with proper redirects #4562).
• Add comments to existing new module PRs so they will be updated accordingly.
• Improve CI coverage (Improve CI coverage #4563).
• Migrate SAP modules (migration to new collection community.sap #4149).
