The scripts are used to download, extract and process the water quality images/rasters. The user needs to have python3 installed with the modules in the scripts. Run the script according with number 1 - downloads and class the other scripts;
NB: You will need to fill in the order number and your password from VITO
The output images will be stored in the turbidity and trophic state index folders at both monthly and aggeregated monthly time step.
