Hi, sorry to do this but the issue here: github/roadmap#347
Is extremely annoying and a critical feature. I was out for a few weeks and now I'm reviewing a PR, much of which was merged previously. I want to leave feedback on multiple lines that are not part of the PR and unfortunately this is still not possible after so many years. This bothers me and I'll have to hack around it by posting line numbers in a comment. It wastes everyone's time.

That being said I'm incredibly grateful for github and love the tool! Thanks!
