Add a toggle command to turn the presence on/off

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I don't always want to display my Neovim status, for example, sometimes I want Spotify or other applications to be displayed instead of Neovim, even when nvim is running.

Describe the solution you'd like
A command like :PresenceToggle or :presence toggle the status on/off

Additional context
I don't think I need to add much, it's a pretty simple feature!
