Update the tracking of a shipment that has already been sent

To insert a shipment (not managed by Amazon) you use the UpdateFulfillmentOrder API, in the MWS documentation it says that once sent the first time, it is no longer possible to use this API.

Note: After you ship a fulfillment order you can no longer update the order using the UpdateFulfillmentOrder operation.
