New use case: Fire & Forget

First of all, thank you all for this awesome action. This sure saves a lot of painful hours. Kudos to the team!

It would be nice to have fire & forget feature that doesn't wait Vercel's deployment to get succeed. Especially some workflows like mine already have Build Testing step which make sure deployment never fails upon git-merge/new-release. So in this case, It's not required to wait for the deployment of Vercel to complete unless we're waiting for the output information and use them for some other purposes.
