Depending on your TTS voice the ? part of the “call <call>?” TTS might be … lost, and you’re just sitting there wondering why VA repeats what you said and doesn’t do anything after.

Maybe something along the lines of “confirm call <call>?” would be better, and then accept both “confirm” and “yes” or something.
