What

Deprecate the compatibility mode variables:

  • $govuk-compatibility-govukelements
  • $govuk-compatibility-govuktemplate
  • $govuk-compatibility-govukfrontendtoolkit

Why

We will be removing compatibility mode in 5.0 so we should deprecate these in order to communicate this to service teams.
