[ACC][VC Flow] URL for the Knowledge Base

Description

As a user
I want to have a direct link to the Knowledge Base or a VC
So that it's presented instantly instead of landing to the VC profile (from VC answer or other shared link to the BoK).

• On clicking on a link to VC Knowledge base, the VC profile should load and the VC Knowledge Base dialog should open.

Tested on DEV env, that the VC knowledge dialog has an endpoint.
On ACC env, to be verified that clicking on the returned links from the response of VCs open the knowledge.
