Describe the bug

在某些情况下Kubernetes集群Pod实例中的/etc/resolv.conf会使用:

search default.svc.cluster.local. svc.cluster.local. cluster.local.

导致kt代理的dns请求处理异常，DNS代理需要兼容该场景

正常情况一般为：

search default.svc.cluster.local svc.cluster.local cluster.local
