ABI - Provide tooling for IDL specification and client generation #11

With the new ABI specification, the logic for creating a client for making RPC style calls is up to the application creator.

We should be able to provide an IDL like specification in swagger or otherwise that can generate a client to interact with an applications ABI methods given the ABI spec for that application.
