For people who don't have bandwidth issue, it would be nice to support videos directly in my photos.
Indeed all videos are not worth uploading to youtube (+ people might not want to upload them to youtube,) but they still might be interesting to share with close family and friends.

I know that this can be an issue for bandwidth but you may want to give people opportunity to choose between the 2 settings "read videos in my photos" or "associate to youtube link".
