Discovered while looking at #593

The newest version of Jekyll Sass Converter uses sass-embedded for stylesheets, and it seems like that just isn't available on Alpine Linux (see e.g. sass/dart-sass-embedded#85, sass/dart-sass-embedded#106).

I'm not especially wedded to Alpine, and I don't want to be stuck on an old version of Jekyll, so I should switch to a different base image.
