Currently the UI for this page is very basic. This covers implementing a suitable UI for this page.

Create a high level design for this page
Include a CSS framework such as bootstrap
Include a breif explaination of the review process on the page.
Link back to homepage
Upload field and button styled appropriately
Error messages styled appropriately
Upload Successful message styled appropriately
Message about how peer review will work in future versions if the App
