Add option to disable certain times before start time

Thanks for this amazing piece of work.

I however would like to request for a little feature.

Currently I need to allow my users pick a date and time to schedule content.

I can currently disable certain dates but unable to disable time.

E.g if I wish to publish content today May 8th, then any time from 00 hours till now should be disabled. The selectable times should be from now upward.
