AzureAD integration

Summary

Ensure that AzureAD is still supported as a backend authentication mechanism. This is especially important as the Alan Turing Institute uses AzureAD as its central directory of users.

What needs to be done?

• Ensure that AzureAD can be used as a source of users by Authelia
• Implement the appropriate code to connect Authelia to a particular AzureAD instance
• Test that authentication works as expected
• Ensure that documentation is updated
