Expected behavior

If a user is missing any account data in the database for whatever reason, it should be filled in with some default value to remedy it.

Actual behavior

The settings and profile pages hang as they fail to retrieve the account data.

Steps to reproduce

Login with the following information:

peterphanclub@gmail.com
1l0v3p3t3rph4n!

Navigate to the settings page and notice the error in the console.
